This page is the dated changelog for Mansion Tycoon by Capybara’s Productions (place 12912731475). It is not a dump of every lighting tweak. It is the list of drops that changed how you play: new houses, new garage rows, and the last time the Roblox page moved. Seasonal hunts have their own log on events. The experience launched on 26 March 2023. The studio’s last recorded update on this place is 5 June 2026. In between, the map grew from a villa tycoon into a penthouse, a beach house, and a yacht, with regular cars, limiteds, special offers, and boats layered on top. Visits passed 648 million. Servers still cap at eight players. Premium still adds 20% money. Group join plus in-game verify still pays $10,000. No patch in this history added a working promo-code inbox.

March 2023 — launch

Day one was the core loop that getting started still teaches: claim a plot, collect, buy the next button, drive a cheap car, race if you want. Mansion 1 through Mansion 4 defined the early identity. Auto Collect (200 Robux) and Auto Purchase (600 Robux) exist on this universe as the official convenience pair; they are launch-era quality of life, not a 2026 invention. The gamepass tier list ranks them.

If you joined in 2026, you are playing this launch loop plus later plots. You are not playing a reboot.

February 2025 new cars update

December 2023 — penthouse and a car wave

The penthouse is the first “this is a skyline game” patch. Creators recorded full clear videos the same week, including new garage stock. For progression the penthouse is a showcase plot, not a starter. For history it is the moment the description’s “build a mansion, penthouse, or yacht” promise started coming true (yacht would wait). Use penthouse and yacht for the build, and the property tier list for why you should 100% Mansion 1 first.

2024 — Beach Mansion and more cars

Beach Mansion added a waterfront 100% badge and a reason to drive along the shore. Car packs continued through the year, mixing regulars you buy for the 200-vehicle badge with limiteds that feed Limiteds Completionist (20). Named garage celebrities from public videos — Millner Delmere, Poide Grand Sport, Cavalla B90 / G, and others — belong to this long car era rather than a single Tuesday patch. We do not fake exact calendar days for every chassis. We do record that 2024 was when the beach plot and a much larger dealership became normal.

February 2025 — new cars

A dated creator recap covers the February 2025 new cars drop. That is the video on this page. Treat it as a garage wave, not a new property. After a car wave:

• Do not drain the collector for a limited if Mansion 2 still has buttons. The car tier list keeps limiteds off the progression S row.
• Tick Vehicle Completionist progress on the progress checklist.
• Check the live shop for any new convenience row. We will not invent a Double Money price; look in-game.

Valentine content landed in the same month and is logged on events, not here, because cards are a hunt, not a permanent plot.

May 2025 — Yacht Mansion

Yacht Mansion is the second showcase capstone after the penthouse. The drop bundled two drivable boats (race boat and speedboat), extra cars including EL700, and Brio as a returning limited. Yacht 100% is a rare property badge because the button chain is long, not because of a hidden puzzle. Build it with the penthouse and yacht guide when your income from earlier plots can feed the hull.

This is also when “mansion” stopped being a metaphor. You can park a boat next to a floating house and still need to collect cash the same way you did in March 2023.

5 June 2026 — last studio stamp

The Roblox page lists 5 June 2026 as the update date. That is the latest studio signal we will cite until the stamp moves. It does not mean the game is unfinished — 648 million visits say the loop still works — but it does mean you should not wait for a mythical tomorrow patch before 100% a house. Play the content that already exists.

If a future drop adds Mansion 5, a hangar, or a redeem box, it will get a new row on this page and a new link from the updates hub. We will not backfill fake 2024 patch IDs to look busier.

What patches never did

• They never added working promo codes. Clone tycoons did. This one did not. See how to redeem.
• They never raised the server size above eight.
• They never replaced the group verify $10,000 with a different onboarding gift.
• They never made limiteds count as income. Excellence near $100M is still a trophy car.

How to verify a rumor

1. Check the live Roblox updated date.
2. Join a server and look for a new plot pad or garage row.
3. Compare with this page and the events log.
4. If the rumor is a code, it is wrong until a UI exists.

Play the patch you already have. The next mansion will be obvious when it actually spawns on the map.
