Mansion Tycoon Progress Checklist

Use this page as a live checklist for Mansion Tycoon (Capybara’s Productions, place 12912731475). It is not an official Roblox sheet. It is the fan list of trophies that actually exist: property 100% badges, cash milestones from $1M to $100M, Limiteds Completionist (20), Vehicle Completionist (200), Special Offer Completionist (5), Daily Streak 30, Gifting 30, the join badge, and the $10,000 group verify. Tick in a note app if you want; the boxes below are the order that wastes the least cash.

There are still no promo codes. Do not wait for a string to complete a row. Starter cash is free rewards. Button order is complete mansion and penthouse and yacht.

0. Onboarding (do these first)

• Join the experience (Thanks for playing)
• Join Capybara’s Productions (group 16890920) and verify in-game for $10,000
• Claim a plot on an eight-player server
• Turn on Roblox Premium only if you already pay for it (20% money; not a gamepass)

If verify fails, hop servers. Then open getting started and spend the $10k on income buttons, not a limited.

1. Properties (100% badges)

Progression order, not skyline order. Ranks: property tier list.

• Mansion 1 100% — S-tier progression, first real trophy
• Mansion 2 100%
• Mansion 3 100%
• Mansion 4 100%
• Beach Mansion 100% — 2024 waterfront plot
• Penthouse 100% — December 2023 showcase
• Yacht Mansion 100% — May 2025 showcase, boats included

Yacht 100% is rare because it is expensive, not because a puzzle is hidden. Do not start it with a half-finished Mansion 1. Beach, penthouse, and yacht each have their own badge; ticking “a house” is not enough.

2. Cash badges ($1M to $100M)

Roblox lists cash trophies as you earn. The important mental model: the badge is a snapshot of money earned, not a shop SKU. Spending cash on a car does not delete a badge you already got.

$1M is the first one most players hunt. $100M is Excellence territory on the car tier list — a flex car near that price, not a requirement. Income loop: money guide. Auto Collect (200 Robux) speeds ticks; Auto Purchase (600) spends them. Gamepass ranks.

3. Vehicle badges

Three different trophies. Do not mix them up.

• Special Offer Completionist — own 5 special-offer cars
• Limiteds Completionist — own 20 limiteds (Brio can return; Excellence is the ~$100M flex; a G-Wagon-style limited is ~$2M)
• Vehicle Completionist — 200 vehicles (regulars, limiteds, boats, event cars all feed the pile)

Named garage examples from public videos: Millner Delmere, Poide Grand Sport, Cavalla B90 / G, EL700, race boat, speedboat. Event cars (LirioR, Nightfall, barn finds) count when they still sit in the garage after the hunt. Hunts themselves: events. Spawn help: cars guide.

Limiteds are not S for progression. Tick them after houses if you care about completionist rows. If you only want to drive, one cheap regular is enough.

4. Habit badges

• Daily Streak Completionist (30) — log in 30 days in a row. Missing a day resets the grind. A two-minute collector visit is enough; you do not need to 100% a floor every night.
• Gifting Completionist (30) — gift 30 items. You need other players. Eight-person servers make this slower than a solo tycoon thinks. Do not confuse gifting with the group $10k.

Event-only badges (Easter track, Valentine cards, Hatch June 2025, barn hunts, flowers) are seasonal. Tick them on a side list so they do not block Mansion 1. Details: events and easter eggs.

5. Convenience (optional, not trophies)

• Auto Collect (200 Robux) — official farm
• Auto Purchase (600 Robux) — official build
• Live-shop Double Money / VIP / Jetpack / Speed — check prices in-game; not confirmed universe IDs on this page

Do not tick unofficial auto farm or auto build as progress. Those are injectors. Warnings: scripts, auto farm, auto build.

Suggested tick order for a new save

1. Thanks for playing + group $10k
2. Mansion 1 100%
3. $1M Cash
4. Mansion 2–3 100%
5. A cheap daily car (not a limited)
6. Mansion 4 or Beach
7. Daily streak started (do not wait until endgame)
8. Penthouse, then Yacht
9. Special offers and limiteds if you still want those rows
10. 200 vehicles and $100M as long-tail goals
11. Gifting 30 whenever the server is friendly

The studio last stamped the place on 5 June 2026. If a new property appears, add a 100% box under section 1 and keep the same rule: villas before skyline. For dates, use patch notes. For official URLs, use links. Print this mentally, play, and only buy a $100M car when the property list is boring.
