Hunts and holiday drops: eggs, Valentine cards, barn parts, flowers, and The Hatch.
Mansion Tycoon events are map hunts, not promo codes. You walk or drive, hold the interact key, and fill a counter on a HUD icon. Nothing in this log types into a redeem box — the game still does not have one. If you arrived from a “codes” search, read free rewards for the $10,000 group bonus, then come back here for seasonal pickups.
Capybara’s Productions has run holiday and scavenger drops on place 12912731475 since the tycoon found its audience. The ones players still search in 2026 are Easter eggs, Valentine 2025, barn parts, flowers, and The Hatch egg (June 2025). Permanent plot history (penthouse, beach, yacht) sits on patch notes. Egg locations in detail sit on easter eggs when you need a route, not a recap.
Servers hold eight players, so hunts are social: someone else may already be standing on the part you need. That is not a bug. Hop if a pad is crowded.
Valentine 2025
Valentine 2025 mixed a card hunt with a new cars wave. Creators recorded full location tours (dozens of cards around villas, the penthouse tower, and the track) and garage additions in the same week. The recap video on this page is that drop: event plus cars, not a plot unlock.
What to do if a Valentine hunt returns:
- Finish your collector loop first. Cards do not replace income. See the money guide.
- Drive a cheap daily car, not Excellence. Event routing is why S-tier daily drivers exist on the car tier list.
- Claim HUD rewards as the bar fills. Do not assume a card name is a code string.
If the event is not live in your session, the cars from that week may still sit in the garage as regulars or limiteds. The hunt UI will not.
Easter egg hunt
The Easter hunt scattered 50 eggs across the map: plots, the penthouse lobby, shoreline, and race area. Rewards sat on a pass track:
- Free Pass: cash steps ($25k / $50k / $100k), minutes of Auto Collect and Double Money, a 2025 Easter wrap, the Origins 180, and the LirioR car at the end.
- Super Pass (399 Robux): extra cash, longer Auto Collect and Double Money windows, another wrap variant, and the Nightfall car.
Those Robux are a timed event pass, not the universe Auto Collect gamepass (200) or Auto Purchase (600). Rank the Super Pass as a holiday spend, not as a forever S-tier on the gamepass list.
Egg names are not secret codes. Walking the map is the whole mechanic. Use easter eggs for a location pass; use this page to remember what the track paid.
Barn parts
Barn hunts ask you to find 15 parts (hood, doors, windshield, engine, interior, and so on) and assemble a reward car at a barn. Locations stay similar while the part sitting on each spawn can differ per player, which is why two videos disagree on “the windshield.” Creators documented GT-R-style barn finds and later themed cars (including a July 4 wave). If a windshield is missing, the part is probably on another of the 15 pads, not deleted.
Barn cars count toward vehicle badges. They still are not progression S. Do not skip Mansion 1 buttons to finish a barn during a 10-minute timer. The complete mansion loop pays you after the event ends; a missed barn car may or may not return.
Flowers
Flower pickups follow the same grammar as eggs and cards: world objects, a counter, a HUD reward. They have been used as a quieter seasonal layer between louder hunts. Treat them as a walk with a daily driver. There is no Trello board that lists flower spawns — we have not found an official Trello at all; see links. If flowers are up, sweep the plots you already own first, then the public map.
The Hatch egg (June 2025)
June 2025’s Hatch event put a special egg in participating experiences, including this tycoon. The badge is a Roblox event trophy, not a mansion 100% badge. If a Hatch hub is live, you usually have to enter this place through the event flow so the egg can spawn. Random joins from your continue list can miss it.
Hatch does not grant Excellence, a yacht skip, or promo codes. It is a collectible. Log it on the progress checklist only as an event badge, separate from $1M–$100M cash trophies.
Event habits that always work
- Claim the group $10,000 before you grind a Super Pass. Free cash first.
- Use Auto Collect if you already own it so hunts do not starve the plot.
- Jetpack or Speed, if they exist in the live shop, are situational hunt tools. Check prices in-game.
- Unofficial ESP scripts that highlight eggs are still injectors. Ban and malware risk is explained on the scripts hub. Walking is safer.

Holiday drops are how Capybara’s Productions spices a slow plot cadence. They are not a second tycoon. Collect them, take the car if it is free, and go back to 100% the house you actually live in.
