Badges Guide

Mansion Tycoon badges are Roblox trophies on place 12912731475, not shop SKUs and not promo codes. Capybara’s Productions awards them when you join, when a property hits 100%, when lifetime cash crosses a milestone, when the garage fills, when you show up for a month, when you gift, and when a seasonal Hatch egg is in the world. None of them type into a redeem box. If a thumbnail promised “BADGE CODE,” it lied — see the codes hub. This page lists the badges that actually exist, which ones are free, which ones are a grind, and the order that wastes the least cash. Tick boxes on the progress checklist while you play. Room order for villas is complete mansion. Late plots are penthouse and yacht. The video on this page is a Mansion 4 100% completed session: useful for seeing how dense a late villa is, not a reason to skip Mansions 1–3.

Servers hold eight players. Badges are per account. Visiting a neighbor’s finished yacht does not grant Yacht 100%. Their gold furniture is not your trophy.

Free or nearly free

Thanks for playing. Awarded for joining the experience. Load in. That is the whole quest. It is the only badge you should own before you claim a plot.

Group cash is not a badge. Join Capybara’s Productions and verify in-game for $10,000. That is starter money, documented on free rewards. Do not confuse it with Thanks for playing. Spend the $10k on Mansion 1 income, not a limited.

Hatch Event. Roblox’s cross-experience Hatch egg has appeared here as a find-and-touch trophy (June 2025 wave). It is free while the event is live and unavailable when the egg is gone. Enter through the Hatch flow if the studio requires it; a random continue-list join can miss the spawn. Hatch is not a mansion 100%. It does not grant $50B. Log it as an event row on the progress checklist and confirm the calendar on events.

Those three are the only “show up” trophies. Everything else asks you to buy buttons, earn cash, or repeat a habit.

Property 100% badges (the real campaign)

Each plot has its own 100% badge. 100% means every required button on that property, including ugly utility pads, extra parking, helipads, goldify, and late outdoor leftovers. Looking furnished from the street is not enough. If the toast does not fire, you missed a pad. Grid-sweep. There is still no code that completes a house.

  • Mansion 100% Completed — Mansion 1. First real trophy. S-tier progression on the property tier list. Do this before you argue about penthouses.
  • Mansion 2 100%
  • Mansion 3 100%
  • Mansion 4 100% — the late villa the video on this page is finishing. Button prices climb. Creators spend long sessions here. Auto Collect (200 Robux) is the pass that makes the walk sane; it is not required for the badge.
  • Beach Mansion 100%
  • Penthouse 100%
  • Yacht 100% — decks, goldify, race boat and speedboat pads. Rare because it is expensive, not because a puzzle is hidden.

Suggested order: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → Beach → penthouse → yacht. Splitting cash across three open plots delays every badge. Walkthroughs: complete mansion then penthouse and yacht. Helipad leftovers are easy to miss on roofs; see helicopters. Parking pads are easy to miss on driveways; see cars.

A patch can add rooms and knock a finished house below 100% again. Sweep the new pads. Do not reset.

Cash badges (earn, do not hoard)

Cash trophies fire on money earned, not on the number sitting in your pocket when you screenshot. Spending a pickup on a sofa does not delete a badge you already got. Earning the next one still requires the collector loop on how to make money. Premium’s 20% helps. Group $10k is a rounding error after the first few milestones.

  • $1M Cash — first milestone most players hunt, often around Mansion 1–2 if they did not blow the bank on a car.
  • $5M Cash
  • $10M Cash
  • $50M Cash
  • $100M Cash — Excellence-territory money on the car tier list. The badge is the earn; the $100M car is optional flex.
  • Cash Completionist ($50B) — the long-tail earn. This is not a weekend. This is late properties, healthy collectors, optional Auto Collect, and refusing to dump every pickup into limiteds. It is a grind trophy, not a tutorial.

Do not stall a 100% house to “save” for a cash badge. Buying income buttons is how cash badges happen. Hoarding in the mailbox while pads sit green is how both rows stay empty.

Vehicle badges (after the house, not before)

Three different trophies. Do not mix them up. Spawn help is on cars.

  • Special Offer Completionist (5) — own five special-offer cars. Timed shop row. Skip it while villas are unpaid. Let a timer expire rather than raid Mansion 2.
  • Limiteds Completionist (20) — own twenty limiteds. Long, expensive, optional. Missing one rotating limited is cheaper than missing a 100% house badge.
  • Vehicle Completionist (200) — two hundred vehicles across regulars, limiteds, offers, boats, event cars, and whatever else the studio counts. Career garage, not a weekend. Track Pass exclusives still count as owned cars if they sit in the garage; they are not a reason to buy the pack before Auto Collect. See race track.

Event cars from egg hunts and barn finds count when they remain in the garage after the hunt. Hunts themselves are on easter eggs. None of these vehicle badges print collector cash.

Habit badges (calendar, not skill)

Daily Streak 30. Log in thirty days in a row. A two-minute collector visit is enough. Missing a day resets the grind. Start the streak on a fresh save; do not wait until the yacht. This is free of Robux and free of limiteds. It is not free of showing up.

Gifting 30. Gift thirty items to other players. You need a populated eight-player server and items you are willing to send. Do not gift a limited you still needed to spawn. Do not confuse gifting with the group $10k. Social trophy. Slow if you only play empty servers.

Which badges to chase in what order

  1. Thanks for playing.
  2. Group verify $10k (not a badge, still first).
  3. Mansion 1 100% and $1M as they happen together.
  4. Start Daily Streak 30 so the calendar is running.
  5. Mansion 2–4 100%, then $5M / $10M as the collector scales.
  6. Beach, penthouse, yacht 100%.
  7. $50M and $100M on the way; do not detour into limiteds to “force” them.
  8. Special offers and twenty limiteds only with leftover cash.
  9. Gifting 30 whenever the server is friendly.
  10. Vehicle Completionist 200 and Cash Completionist $50B as true endgame.
  11. Hatch whenever it is live, out of order, because it leaves.

Auto Collect (200 Robux) and Auto Purchase (600 Robux) speed property and cash rows. They do not grant badges by themselves. Unofficial auto farm tools try to. That is a ban conversation on scripts, not a trophy strategy.

Keep the progress checklist open as the live sheet. This page is the explanation; that page is the boxes. If a new property ships after the 5 June 2026 stamp, add a 100% row and keep the same rule: villas before skyline, income buttons before garage flex, Hatch when it exists, codes never.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Mansion Tycoon questions.

Which Mansion Tycoon badges are free?

Thanks for playing is free on join. Hatch is free while the event egg is live. Group $10k is cash, not a badge; claim it on free rewards.

Why did my 100% badge not pop?

A roof, garage, goldify, or outdoor pad is still unpaid. Sweep with complete mansion or penthouse and yacht, then tick leftovers on the progress checklist.

Do cash badges go away if I spend money?

No. They track money earned. Keep earning with the collector loop on how to make money.

Should I finish vehicle badges before the houses?

No. Twenty limiteds and 200 vehicles are endgame. Finish plots first, then use cars and the progress checklist.
