First Hour in Mansion Tycoon

Mansion Tycoon dropped on March 26, 2023 and is still getting car and house updates (last noted here: June 5, 2026). The loop is simple: claim a plot, collect cash, step on green buttons, repeat. New players stall because they skip the group bonus, wander the race track, or blow the first stack on a limited supercar. This page is the first hour only. Income math lives on the money guide. Room-by-room 100% lives on complete mansion. Inputs live on controls. Read this, then go play.

Join the group before you claim anything

The Roblox page is explicit: join Capybara’s Productions and verify in the experience for $10,000. That is the only guaranteed free drop. There is no promo-code inbox; ignore lists copied from Luxury Mansion Tycoon. Click-by-click steps are on free rewards. If the cash is missing after you join, hop servers so the group flag can replicate. Ten thousand dollars buys early collector upgrades and a handful of outdoor buttons on Mansion 1. It does not buy a limited car. Spend it like seed money, not like a lottery win.

Roblox Premium is separate. Premium members earn 20% more money from the tycoon for as long as the subscription is active. It is not a Mansion Tycoon game pass. Do not buy Premium just to “test” the game for twenty minutes. If you already have it, you get the bump automatically.

How to play Mansion Tycoon

Claim a plot on an eight-player server

Servers hold eight players. This is online multiplayer, not local co-op. You cannot sit on a couch and share one plot with split Joy-Cons. You can visit other mansions, race, and gift items once you unlock those tools.

Walk until you see an unclaimed plot pad and step on it. If every pad is taken, switch servers. Do not stand in someone else’s driveway waiting for a miracle. After the claim, stay on your plot. The map looks huge because it is: race track, later penthouse tower, yacht water, helicopter pads. None of that raises your income until buttons exist on your land.

Find the collector and do not leave it idle

Every tycoon plot has a collector (a mailbox / drop point). Cash piles there while you buy rooms. If you never walk onto it, the stack caps and you are decorating on zero. First-hour routing is boring on purpose:

1. Buy the cheapest green button in front of you.
2. Walk back to the collector.
3. Pick up.
4. Buy the next cheap button that is clearly an income or floor piece, not a statue.
5. Repeat until the pickup is large enough that a short walk still feels worth it.

Green buttons are purchases. Stepping on one spends cash and spawns a wall, floor, furniture piece, or dropper. If you cannot afford a button, it stays. First buttons worth buying

On Mansion 1, prioritize anything that:

• Unlocks the collector itself if it is still gated.
• Adds floor or outdoor droppers that feed the collector.
• Opens a path so you are not hopping fences to reach the next pad.
• Unlocks a parking pad only after income is obviously climbing.

Skip, for now:

• Limited cars and special-offer cars.
• Goldify / extra shine buttons.
• Jetpack browsing in the shop.
• Racing “just to see.”
• Gifting items you have not earned yet.

A daily streak exists and is worth tapping if the HUD shows it, but a streak does not replace a collector loop. Log in, collect, buy, leave if you must. A 30-day streak completionist badge is a long-term extra, not a first-hour goal.

Do not buy limiteds in hour one

The garage is the trap. Regular cars are cheap enough later that a starter vehicle is fine for driving to the race track. Limiteds are timed or expensive showpieces; twenty of them are a badge, not a tutorial. Special offers (five of them) sit in the shop to drain people who just got the group $10k. If a Bugatti or Ferrari showcase is glowing, walk away. The cars page and the car tier list exist for the session when your collector refill is larger than the sticker price. That is not minute fifteen.

If you already bought a limited by accident, do not reset the save. Just stop buying cars until Mansion 1’s remaining buttons are cheaper than your pickup. The plot still works.

Optional Robux, not required

Two convenience passes are confirmed on this universe: Auto Collect for 200 Robux (id 163751439) and Auto Purchase for 600 Robux (id 163752750). Auto Collect is the one that actually changes the first hour if you hate walking back to the mailbox. Auto Purchase spends money for you when you can afford a button; it is nicer after you understand which buttons matter. The shop also lists Double Money, VIP, Jetpack, and Additional Speed; prices move, so this wiki does not freeze unofficial numbers. Rank them on the gamepass tier list after you like the loop. You can 100% houses without any pass. It just takes more collector trips.

What “done with the first hour” looks like

You are ready to leave this page when:

• The group $10,000 landed.
• You own a plot.
• You can find the collector without thinking.
• Several outdoor / first-floor buttons are bought and the pickup is clearly larger than at spawn.
• You have not spent the bank on a limited.
• You know where the race track is but you did not live there.
