Mansion Tycoon Tier Lists

Mansion Tycoon looks like a car magazine until you run out of collector cash. This hub splits three lists so a limited hypercar never outranks a plot that actually prints money. Use the car tier list when the garage is open, the property tier list when you pick the next 100% badge, and the gamepass tier list before you spend Robux.

Capybara’s Productions launched the experience on 26 March 2023 (place 12912731475). Servers hold eight players. Premium adds 20% money. Joining the group and verifying pays $10,000. None of those facts change the ranking rule: income and completion beat cosmetics. A $100M Excellence in the driveway does not finish Mansion 2.

How the ranks work

We use S, A, B, and C. There is no F row because almost every unlock is usable; the question is when. S means you should chase it on a normal account. C means it is fine later, or it is a flex purchase that does not raise collector speed.

Two axes sit on every child page:

• Progression — does this unlock cash, a 100% property badge, or a collector you visit every minute?
• Showcase — does this look expensive on an eight-player server, win a race screenshot, or fill Limiteds Completionist?

Limited cars are scored on the second axis only. They are not S for progression, even when a video calls them the best in the game. Special offers (five cars) sit in the same bucket: badge value, not tycoon value. Read the garage guide on cars if you want spawn and test-drive steps instead of ranks.

What to open first

New saves should not start here. Claim the group cash on free rewards, then follow getting started until Mansion 1 has a collector loop. Rankings become useful the first time you have a choice: next floor button, next house, or a timed limited.

Typical order after that:

1. Finish Mansion 1 for the 100% badge. The complete mansion walkthrough is the practical pair to the property list.
2. Keep cash in income buttons until pickups feel slow, then look at Mansion 2–4 on the property page.
3. Buy a cheap regular car so you can reach the race track and other plots. That is an S-tier daily driver, not a limited.
4. Only then open Beach Mansion, Penthouse, or Yacht. Those plots are ranked as showcase-first on properties.
5. Spend Robux on Auto Collect (200) before Auto Purchase (600). Other shop rows are situational; prices move, so check the live store and the gamepass list.

There are no promo codes that skip these ranks. The codes hub stays empty until a redeem box exists.

How we refresh ranks

Car drops landed through 2024 and 2025. The penthouse arrived in December 2023, the beach mansion in 2024, and the yacht mansion in May 2025. The studio’s last recorded update on this place is 5 June 2026. When a new limited or plot ships, we will move rows rather than invent a new letter.
