Mansion Tycoon Helicopters
Helipads per mansion, the gold helicopter, flying, and landing without stalling income.
Helicopters in Mansion Tycoon are plot vehicles, not a second tycoon. Capybara’s Productions puts a helipad button on each property so you can spawn a flyer, sit in the seat, and taxi across an eight-player map. The helicopter does not print cash. It does not 100% a house. It gets you from a villa roof to the penthouse terrace, the yacht deck, the race track, or a far event hunt without a ten-minute walk. If you still cannot find the collector, stop and read getting started. If buying the pad would leave an income button unpaid, you cannot afford the helicopter yet. Income rules sit on how to make money. This page is where the pad is, how the gold helicopter fits, and how to fly and land without crashing into someone else’s driveway.
The video on this page is a location tour: where to find the helicopter in every mansion. Use it when you are standing on a finished roof and still cannot see the H. Inputs for takeoff and landing live on controls. Property order still belongs on complete mansion and penthouse and yacht. Rank which house deserves cash first on the property tier list.
How a helicopter actually unlocks
Treat the helicopter like a car with a vertical spawn.
- Play on your plot. Other players’ helipads will not sell to you.
- Sweep the roof, side yard, or terrace until you see a green helipad button. Mansions hide it the same way they hide garage pads: behind a wing, on a flat roof, or next to a late outdoor cluster.
- Step on the pad when you can afford it. That purchase is the landing surface plus the right to spawn.
- Stand on the finished pad and spawn the helicopter from the vehicle prompt, the same grammar you already use for parking pads on cars.
- Sit. Fly. Exit before you walk onto a green furniture button you cannot see from the seat.
You do not re-buy the helicopter model for every later house. You do re-buy pads. Pads are structure. The flyer is inventory. If spawn fails, you are too far from the pad, the pad is still locked, or another vehicle is occupying it. Move, then prompt again. Console and mobile use the same pad; there is no secret air garage.
There are no promo codes that grant a helicopter. Fake “HELI2024” lists belong to a different tycoon or a lie. Check the codes hub.
Where to look on each property
The Worthalot walkthrough on this page is the visual map. The pattern, property by property:
Mansions 1–4. Numbered villas keep the pad on a roof or upper outdoor deck once enough of the house exists to stand on. Mansion 1’s pad is easy to ignore because you are still learning buttons; you do not need it to finish the first 100% badge. Mansions 3 and 4 are where the pad starts to matter, because the walk to Beach, penthouse, and yacht is longer. If the badge did not pop and you “finished” the house, the helipad button is one of the outdoor leftovers people skip. Grid-sweep the roof last, the same way complete mansion tells you to sweep the fence line.
Beach Mansion. Waterfront plots put the pad on a deck or roof with a clear approach over the sand. Do not hunt it in the water. Boats are yacht tools; the helicopter is still a roof spawn.
Penthouse. The tower is why the helicopter exists as a taxi. Terraces and helipad-adjacent pads sit high. Elevators still 100% the floors; the helicopter only gets you onto the building. If you skip elevator rooms because you can hover, you will miss goldify and interior buttons. Build order stays on penthouse and yacht.
Yacht Mansion. The yacht has a deck landing plate. Fly in slow, land, then use the yacht elevator for cabins. Do not treat a sloppy landing as a boat spawn. Race boat and speedboat still come from yacht boat pads, not from the heli seat.
If a patch adds a pad (watch patch notes), the 100% meter can drop until you buy it. That is normal. Sweep; do not reset the save.
Gold helicopter
The gold helicopter is a later variant on the same helipad loop, not a different vehicle class and not a confirmed Robux pass on this universe. Unlock the regular flyer first. When a gold / goldify-style helicopter button appears on a later mansion, buy it the same way you buy any last-pass shine: after income pads on that plot are gone. Gold does not raise collector rate. Gold does not win races. Gold is a screenshot from the air.
Rules:
- Never gold-heli a house that still has cheap droppers unpaid.
- Never buy gold because a neighbor already has it on an eight-player server. That is social pressure, not a strategy.
- Do buy gold on the last lap if the pad is required for that property’s 100% sweep.
- Auto Collect (200 Robux) makes flying safer because the mailbox still drains while you tour. Auto Purchase (600 Robux) can slam the gold pad if you can afford it — good on a last lap, bad if you still needed a floor. Rank those on the gamepass tier list.
Premium’s 20% cash bump recovers the receipt faster. It does not make the gold helicopter “free.” Group verify $10,000 is seed money for Mansion 1, not a heli fund. Spend that on free rewards logic: buttons that raise income.
Flying and landing pads
Once you are in the seat:
- PC: Space or the seat’s up control to climb, Ctrl or the down bind to descend, WASD to tilt. Mouse looks.
- Mobile: on-screen up/down plus the move stick.
- Console: face-button up, the second face-button or a trigger for down, left stick to tilt.
If the camera feels inverted, that is the seat script, not a broken controller. Full device notes are on controls. Zoom out before you drop onto a small H so you can see the pad edge.
Landing pads are the marked helipad surfaces you already bought, plus the public pads on later properties you are visiting. Approach from open sky, bleed speed, settle on the H, then exit. Do not land on a green button. Do not land in a neighbor’s living room unless you are visiting and you can leave without buying their pads — you cannot buy their pads anyway.
Practical routes:
- Villa roof → penthouse terrace when you are ready to open the tower.
- Penthouse → yacht deck when the water plot exists.
- Any pad → race track infield for a hunt, then back before the collector caps if Auto Collect is off.
- Event rooftops and hills that a car cannot climb; then return. Easter eggs and events are why the taxi is worth the pad.
The helicopter is a terrible farm. While you hover, buttons on the ground are still unpaid. Empty the collector before you take off. One joyride is a break. Living in the air is how Mansion 2 stalls for a week.
When to buy versus when to walk
Buy the first helipad when:
- The current house’s remaining buttons are cosmetics or the pad itself is the leftover for 100%.
- You are actually traveling to Beach / penthouse / yacht / hunts in the same session.
- You already own a cheap ground car for the race track. The heli does not replace a daily driver on asphalt.
Skip the pad when:
- Mansion 1 still has outdoor droppers.
- You wanted a gold screenshot more than a kitchen.
- You do not know the seat controls and will crash for ten minutes. Practice later.
A clean order: 100% the villa you are on, unlock the pad as part of that sweep, spawn the regular helicopter, use it as a taxi, gold last, then keep ticking leftovers on the progress checklist. Unofficial fly-hack scripts are not this page. Official play is: buy the pad, sit, fly, land on the H.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Mansion Tycoon questions.
Where is the helicopter on each mansion?
On a roof, terrace, or deck helipad you buy with a green button. Use the location video on this page, then confirm leftover pads on complete mansion.
How do I fly and land without crashing?
Spawn on your pad, climb with the seat up control, and settle on the H before you exit. Device binds are on controls.
When should I buy the gold helicopter?
After that plot's income buttons are gone. Gold is flex, not rate. Track the 100% on the progress checklist.
Does the helicopter help me make money?
No. It is a taxi to penthouse, yacht, hunts, and the race track. Keep cash in the collector with how to make money.
