Event Hunts in Mansion Tycoon

Mansion Tycoon runs world hunts, not promo codes. When an event is live, pickups spawn around plots, the race track, the penthouse tower, and the water. You walk or drive into them, the counter ticks, and an event icon (usually lower-left) pays cash, timed Auto Collect, wraps, or an event car. This page is how those hunts work and where people actually look. Which event is in the current build belongs on the events log. Patch timing belongs on patch notes. You do not need a finished yacht to collect. You do need movement. Controls covers driving, helicopter, and boats. A cheap regular car from the cars guide beats running the whole island on foot. Jetpack / Additional Speed help if you already own them; they are not required.

Easter eggs (spring hunt)

The spring hunt places dozens of eggs (a 50-egg layout has been the recent standard) with animal or object skins. They are physical props. Touch them. The video on this page is an all-locations walkthrough — use it when the same layout is back. Typical clusters, without pretending every pad never moves:

• Race track. Eggs sit on the racing line, on the grass inside a curve, and on a hill you need speed to climb. A frog-style egg near track entry and a creature egg on a bend are the ones drivers hit first. If you are on foot, you will get hit by other players’ cars; spawn a vehicle.
• Penthouse tower. Check behind the reception desk on the ground floor (bat-style eggs love that corner) and the plaza outside the tower (octopus-style and similar). Ride the elevator; some eggs sit on terraces.
• Villa streets and empty plots. Walk fence lines and pool edges, not just your own driveway. Unclaimed plots still hold event props.
• Water and beach. If Beach Mansion or the yacht is in the world, sweep docks. Eggs float visually but they still need a touch.

When the counter is full, open the event icon and claim the free track. Past free-pass payouts have included cash chunks, minutes of Auto Collect, minutes of Double Money, an event wrap, and a free-pass car. A paid Super Pass (Robux; the 2025 pass was sold as a premium track) is optional. Do not buy it thinking it is a Mansion Tycoon code. It is a battle-pass style row for that hunt only.

All Easter egg locations

Valentine cards

Valentine events scatter cards (layouts with around 70 cards have shipped). They behave like eggs: world props, touch to collect, claim on the event HUD. Cards hide flatter than eggs — on tables, against walls, on race-track barriers, in penthouse lobbies. Use a slow drive. If you are doing this during a 100% house grind, collect cards on the way to unpaid buttons instead of running a separate hour. Gifting is a different system (gift items to players for a completionist badge) and does not replace card pickups.

Barn parts (summer / 4th of July style)

Barn hunts drop parts around the map (a 15-location barn layout has been used). You are assembling a prop, not buying a new tycoon. Check:

• Rural / edge-of-map scenery
• Behind billboards and race-track stands
• Beach and dock crates
• Rooftops you need the helicopter or a jump to reach

Barn parts are easy to finish in one focused session if you follow a video, and easy to miss forever if you only walk your own foyer. Claim the event reward after the last part. Then go back to complete mansion or penthouse and yacht. The barn is not a property 100%.

Flowers

Flower events are another touch-collect layer: blooms on medians, gardens, and waterfronts. They are the hunt you accidentally finish while doing a goldify lap. If a flower counter is on the HUD, sweep gardens before you log out. Rewards are usually cash or a timed boost, not a limited supercar. Still worth grabbing because it is free and it is on your walking path.

The Hatch event egg

The Hatch (Roblox’s cross-experience egg event) has appeared here as a find-an-egg badge. That egg is a one-off world pickup for the Hatch, not the 50-egg spring layout. If the Hatch is live, look for the branded egg, grab it, and stop hunting fifty clones. Confirm on events so you are not mixing two egg seasons.

How to hunt without ruining your tycoon

• Empty the collector before you leave the plot. Event driving is how people return to a capped mailbox.
• Do not spend the event’s cash reward on a limited. Put it into the current house’s cheapest unpaid income button (how to make money).
• Event cars from a free pass count toward the garage. Spawn them; do not panic-buy a duplicate limited. See cars.
• Eight-player servers mean contested props. If an egg is missing, it is usually your camera, not another player “stealing” a unique spawn — most event props are per-player. Hop servers only if the event HUD itself failed to load.
• Auto Collect (200 Robux) is nice during hunts because you can stay off-plot. It is not required. Rank it on the gamepass tier list.

These are not codes

Join-group $10,000 is still the only standing cash gift (free rewards). Egg names, card names, and barn names will never redeem in a box that does not exist. When a hunt ends, its pickups vanish; leftover counters do not convert. Watch updates around holidays. Use this page as the method, the events log as the calendar, and the location video as the map when the spring eggs return.
